- This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website Aga Tenis Apartments by Radwańska (hereinafter: the Service)
- The data controller of the personal data contained in the Service is Debeltaut AR SP. Z O.O., Kraków 30-212, ul. Królowej Jadwigi 194 D1, registered under the tax identification number NIP: 6772400346 (hereinafter: the Administrator).
- In the interest of the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, compliant with applicable legal acts in the field of personal data protection, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Administrator exercises particular care to protect the interests of the persons whose data is concerned, and in particular ensures that personal data is:

- collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
- factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
- stored in a form that permits identification of data subjects no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.

- acceptance of reservations made via the online booking system,
- performing services provided by the Administrator on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, if the Client has consented by checking the appropriate box during the reservation or inquiry process via the contact form. Consent for marketing purposes and sending commercial information can be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a request to the Administrator’s email,
- the legitimate interest of the Administrator of personal data in specific cases based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR e.g. debt collection or video monitoring of traffic on the premises.
- Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions, and entities authorized under legal provisions, as well as entities providing services to the data Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services and other entities involved in the execution of the ordered service).
- The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and offer customization.
- Users who provided data have the right to access the data processed by the Administrator. The user also has the right to modify this data, request its deletion, restrict or cease processing of their personal data at any time. At any time, the user may also request deletion of their personal data from the Service. The right to data portability does not apply as no standard for exchanging such data between hotel facilities has been established.
- Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
- To exercise the rights indicated in point 8 above, Service users should contact the Administrator using the same email address or phone number provided to the Service, by contacting reservation@agatenis-apartments.com
- Any user of the Service may file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- The Administrator obtains information about users and their behaviors in the following ways:
- through voluntary input of information in forms,
