Triumph in Dubai - 2012

Agnieszka went to Dubai standing a great chance to achieve the highest ranking in her career until that moment. Thanks to winning the whole tournament she advanced to No. 5. That was Agnieszka’s tenth final and the eighth victory.

Throughout the entire tournament Agnieszka played very soundly. Among others, she defeated Sabina Lisicki, and then Julia Goerges in the final. Her responses to the atomic smashes consisted in the sophisticated and intelligent play with which her rivals could not cope. Agnieszka outclassed the other contestants with a wider technical repertoire, unconventional plays, and with the minimal number of mistakes.

All week long Polish fans watched and supported Agnieszka from the stands. After the last ball of the final game they sang to the new champion a traditional Polish toast song “Sto lat! sto lat!" (“May you live one hundred years!”). Agnieszka’s very good play impressed tennis experts from all over the world.

The year 2012 was one of the best seasons in Agnieszka’s career. The victories in Dubai, Miami, and Brussels, as well as playing in the Wimbledon final allowed Agnieszka to advance to the number two position in the WTA ranking, which is the greatest success in Agnieszka’s sports career and the greatest achievement of Polish tennis.

Items and things in the apartment

The exclusive, outstandingly spacious, air-conditioned Deluxe Type apartment consists of a large, comfortable bedroom with a mini dressing room, a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a table for four, as well as a bathroom with a large shower. The apartment is situated in the skillion, without a lift, on the first floor. The interior is decorated with numerous memorabilia and photos from the unforgettable tournament in Dubai.

In all our apartments a crib and a baby chair, for children under two, may be provided FREE of charge on request :) At our clients disposal there is also a laundry with a drying room next to the main reception on level -1. All our apartments have air-conditioning, two TV's, an iron and an ironing board, and a hair dryer. In each apartment guests can use the free internet.

For the fans we have prepared attractive tennis memorabilia belonging to Agnieszka. The elegant cabinets feature Agnieszka’s dress, a Srixon racket, and autographed photographs and balls. Thanks to the tennis paraphernalia one may feel as if attending a tournament in the far-away city of Dubai.
